- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Would give 0 stars if I could. Mary (the hygienist) has been absolutely unprofessional and outright rude in her interactions with my mother and me. I have always been told that I have nice teeth, but every time I visit the office, Mary snarkily asks me if I drink tea, even though I told her during the first visit that I do drink tea regularly. She usually responds with a smug, "I can tell." Last time I checked, hygienists are supposed to clean the patient's teeth, not make snide remarks about their dietary habits. My mom does not have perfect teeth, but Mary has asked her repeatedly if she smokes, despite her responding "no" the first time. In addition, Dr. Perry and Mary have refused to clean my mom's teeth during the middle of a scheduled session, forcing her to go to a specialist instead. I understand that they are trying to get a hefty referral fee from the specialist, but is it really worth losing two patients? We are so glad to have found a new dentist who does not need to use unscrupulous tactics for his own financial gain.December 29, 2016by Honore Balzac
